Im Restaurant Raclette Stube treffen sich Einheimische und Touristen gerne zum traditionellen Schweizer Gericht. Bekannt ist die Raclette Stube für ihre Hausspezialitäten: Die Fondues Moitié-Moitié aus Gruyère- und Vacharin- Käse sowie das Pure Vacherin oder Valaisanne mit Tomaten. Servicekräfte waren sonst sehr freundlich, allerdings nicht kompetent (Fondue z.B. zwischen zwei Personen anstelle in die Mitte des Tisches gestellt, und ging von dannen, kein Drama, aber nicht sehr professionell, wir mussten das Rechaud mit Topf dann selber auf dem engen Tisch herumschieben, Wein haben wir auch vorzu selber nachgeschenkt).

War ein super angenehmer Besuch. Wir sind um 19:00 Uhr angekommen und unser Tiach war aber noch besetzt. Nach ca. 10min kam dann der Besitzer raus und sagte uns, dass der Tisch frei ist. Ich finde das sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Mehr und die Beilagen sind von hoher Qualität, geschmacklich hervorragend.
Das Servicepersonal ist sehr kompetent, freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Wenn man einen Wunsch hat, wird dem sehr schnell Folce geleistet.
Das einzige Manko war, dass der zweite bestellte Korb mit Kartoffeln etwas roh war, vielleicht wurden diese nicht ganz durchgekocht. Wir haben das Servicepersonal nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, da wir eh schon alle ziemlich satt waren und es nicht als schlimm empfunden haben.
Der Erste Korb mit dem Kartoffeln war hingegen perfekt, hatte selten so gut durchgekochte Kartoffeln.
Alles in allem, war es ein sehr angenehmer Besuch und wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Weniger

The service is good, you have one amazing waitress (long and blonde) and another one was okay but sometimes disrespectful, sarcastic in her comments.
As for the food/price, i personnally took Raclette à discrétion,
Mehr and i think that having a platter every 10 mins isn’t quite the experience inwas expecting!
I’ll have to wait the waitresses to notice that our platter is empty so they can get us the next one
(Nothing agaisnt the waitresses! They were amazing, it’s just that a full restaurant takes time to cover but this impacts the experience

Wir hatten ständig die Ellenbogen der Gäste neben uns im Gesicht, da die andere Gruppe erhöht neben uns sass und mit zunehmendem Alkoholpegel leider zunehmend die Koordinationsfähigkeit verlor. Vielleicht wären weniger Tische mit etwas mehr Abstand besser.

First time to try cheese fondue and it was really delicious. Waitress served as well and was friendly. Wish there were more potatoes than the bread but overall we had a good time and enjoyed the food.
