Die "Kartoffeln" zum Chateaubriand waren kaum geniessbar; das (bisschen) Gemüse soweit okay. In der karte hatten wir gelesen: Service in zwei Gängen. Das Fleisch des "*zweiten" Ganges war einfach von Anfang an auf einem (kalten) Teller bei uns am
Mehr Tisch, ebenso die Sauce. Die Grösse des Filets (400 g?) war perfekt bzw. für uns zu viel - aber das ist natürlich kein Minuspunkt. Was man besser machen könnte: Wirklich zwei Gänge servieren, statt "Kartoffeln" Pommes frites und im zweiten Gang ev, ein Gratin und neues Gemüse, und alles warm. Weniger

Everything was perfect : food, service, wine,.etc. The only tiny thing : it could be a good idea to ask the client about his preferences before bringing the appetizer. (You have a lot of vegan dises, so asking if la "mise en bouche" should be venant as well)

I made a note that it was the lady's birthday and asked for suggestions. I did not receive a reply but it was very nice of the waiter to bring her a glass of bubbles for her birthday - I appreciated that touch.
Only one issue with the food - the
Mehr lady is a vegetarian and as such ordered pumpkin rissotto from the menu. When it arrived it had fish on it. We checked the menu and although the French and German versions mention this -the Englich version does not. The plate was quicly replaced with an alternative.
