Kellner Christian könnte sein Tempo und Umgangsformen mit dem Gast etwas verbessern. Er war am Anfang sehr aufdringlich und wollte sofort die Bestellung aufnehmen, gab uns keine Zeit die Karte richtig zu lesen. Am Ende des Mittagessens war er kaum da um Kaffee oder die Rechnung zu zahlen.

Non ho dato il voto massimo all’ambiente semplicemente perché la formula Lunch&Music solitamente è più divertente. Trattandosi del 1º gennaio speravamo in un pranzo più allegro, invece c’era “solo” un bravo dj. I giorni con la cantante li preferisco perché più dilettevoli.

The food was memorable in many ways. The Beef Consommé soup was flavorful, and it was a hit with the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed it. The dessert—a creative and unique nitrogen ice cream paired with cotton candy—was the highlight of the meal and left a lasting impression on all of us. It’s definitely a standout feature of the menu! However, the waiter never inquired about the meat cooking temperature. My food was slightly warm when brought.
However, the service left much to be desired. We had to ask multiple times—at least four—before the bread for the Beef Consommé was finally brought to the table. It was also disappointing that there was no Ruinart Rosé Champagne available, only Blanc de Blancs. Moreover, the waiter lacked enthusiasm and didn’t seem particularly invested in creating a pleasant dining experience. At one point, I even had to pour my own champagne, which was unexpected at a place of this caliber. The assistant waiters were similarly indifferent, which further diminished what could have been an extraordinary afternoon lunch.
While White Marmot excels in its location, ambiance, and some of its dishes, the service clearly has room for improvement. With more attentive and personable staff, it could easily transform into one of the best dining experiences in the region. For now, it’s a mix of highs and lows, but definitely worth a visit for the views and unique desserts alone. Weniger

Food was delicious, Chateaubriand was exceptional. The booking was made more than a month in advance for a special 65th birthday celebration on Christmas Day. We specially visited the restaurant a day in advance to be sure of a nice window table.
Mehr Despite three people saying we would be well looked after, on the day we arrived in time to join a queue of walk-in guests and were then told our choice of table was unavailable. Even when we agreed to wait in bar, nobody made any effort to correct the negligence of the staff. Instead of feeling welcomed to celebrate a special occasion and a family trip planned for many months in advance, the lasting impression was that nobody really cared. Once the table was found, the waiters were ready to help, but the whole festive atmosphere was unfortunately destroyed and the desire was to leave this place as soon as possible. Weniger

Pommes etwas lampig und etwas langweilig gewürzt.
Wäre schön, wenn Mayo hausgemacht wäre.

Music was too loud to hear your neighbour. Waiter refused to make the music less loud as she explained that it was a lunch and dance. Not a single person was dancing. We are not returning again.
